Bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Agent

•Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish

•Good understanding of Microsoft Office - Excel

•Minimum 2 (two) years customer service experience

•Strong numerical aptitude and excellent communication skills

•Pleasant telephone manner

•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

•Ability to multitask without compromising the accuracy of your work

•Work independently and as part of a team, with changing time constraints

•Post-secondary degree or diploma preferred

•Must be flexible to work a shift ranging between 8:00AM-7:00PM, Monday to Friday,  occasional weekend shifts may be required

•Must be flexible to work Canadian holidays
