• Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

•3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns

•Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple project simultaneously, set priorities, and meet tight deadlines

•Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

•Strong analytical skills, including the ability to monitor and analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and report on ROI

•Experience with digital marketing tools and technologies, including email marketing platforms, social media management tools, Google Analytics, and advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads

•Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred

•Experience in the insurance industry is a plus

•French is an asset

•Spanish is required
