Requisitos
•Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) in English and Spanish,
•High School diploma or GED equivalent,
•Must have at least 1 year of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment,
•Commitment to continuous improvement,
•Self motivated and able to work independently,
•Attentive to detail and numerate,
•Ability to follow processes and procedures and apply flexible approach when required,
•Must be able to type and learn airline specific computer reservation/ ticketing software.
•Must be at least 18 years old.
•Flexible to work different shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays).
