• A post-secondary diploma in office administration or equivalent combination of education and experience. If you hold a social service worker diploma or social worker degree, that would be an asset!

•A minimum two years’ experience in office administration or equivalent.

•A desire to take initiative and ability to exercise good judgment when handling sensitive and confidential information.

•The ability to work independently and to contribute as an integral member of a team.

•Skills and talents that allow you to easily navigate multiple tasks setting priorities, achieving deadlines, while being accurate and attentive to details.

•A positive attitude, proactive work ethic and demonstrated commitment to providing a helpful customer service experience.

•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to communicate information in a concise and objective manner. Ideally you would also be fluent in written and oral French!

•Proven expertise and hands-on experience in effectively utilizing the Microsoft 365 suite, including MS Dynamics, to leverage its full capabilities and ensure seamless operations within our organization.
